  • Jeanne Argent Atelier is French for "Jean Silver Studio." I launched it in May 2026 on a simple belief: everyday things should be well-made, practical, and built to last. It's the home of The Original Canvas Keeper — durable canvas bags meant to be used for years, not just admired — along with my unique diamond painting patterns.
• Where are your diamond painting kits made?
  • Every diamond painting kit is manufactured by a trusted supplier in China, since there's currently no U.S. source for custom kits. From there, they come to my studio in Western North Carolina, where each kit is stored in a cool, climate-controlled environment so the canvas adhesive stays fresh and never melts or congeals.
• How long does it take to receive my diamond painting kit or accessory?
  • Kits and accessories ship within 1–3 business days. Because everything is already here and in stock, your order goes out fast — no waiting by the mailbox two months later.
• Can I expect any tracking with my order so I know exactly when it arrives?
  • Yes. You'll receive USPS tracking as soon as your label is created. Just keep in mind that once your package is with USPS, it's in their hands — I can't control or foresee any delays that happen in transit. You'll have the exact same tracking info I do, and sometimes a little patience is all it takes.
• How Can I Trust Your Business?
  • I know trusting a new business is hard — chances are, somewhere along the line, you've been burned by a sham shop. Jeanne Argent Atelier LLC isn't that, and never wants to be. • What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?
  • Once in a while — very rarely — I make a mistake, or a kit just doesn't turn out to be what you hoped. Whatever the reason you're not fully satisfied, you're covered by my 30-Day Return/Refund Policy. Just email me at jeansilver1467@gmail.com and I'll do everything I can to make the process smooth and put your concerns to rest.

• I need to change or cancel my order.

  Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Since we strive to fulfill orders as soon as possible, if we don't receive your message within 24 hours we may not be able to make any changes.

• What If I Receive A Bag of Opened or Mixed Color Diamond Drills That I Can't Use?
  • It happens once in a while — the supplier sends a drill bag with colors mixed together, and I know how frustrating that is. If you receive a bag that's unusable or doesn't have enough drills to finish that section of your pattern, just email me. I'll get you that color, unmixed and in enough quantity to complete your project.
    
• What is The Original Canvas Keeper — and why do I need it?
  • I went looking for a bag my customers could use to travel with or store their diamond painting patterns, and all I could find were big tote bags — the kind where everything piles on top of your pattern. You dig for it, pull it out creased, a few drills missing, and who-knows-what stuck to it. The Original Canvas Keeper was born from a better idea: that every kit could be stored rolled and secured for travel — whether you're going across the country or just next door — and that your canvas should arrive in better shape than it would tossed in a tote with everything else.
